Working on automobiles is inherently dangerous. Classic Motor Works is not liable for injury or damage due to incorrect installation or use of their products. All products are sold with the understanding that the safe and proper installation and use of the products is the customer’s responsibility. Follow all factory workshop manual procedures and instructions, but use current shop safety standards and common sense. Some tasks will require professional advice or services which Classic Motor Works cannot provide.
Classic Motor Works shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any other matter relating to the service.
Privacy Policy
Personal Information
When connecting to our website, Classic Motor Works may automatically collect certain information to improve our services to you and to make your auto hobby more enjoyable. Classic Motor Works does not sell or provide personally identifying data to non-affiliate third parties for promotional purposes. If you choose to register on our website, we ask for information that helps us positively identify you so that we can supply your order status, and to protect the personal information that you choose to keep on the site.
We also ask for information that tells us what products and services might be of interest to you, i.e. what type/model of car do you own. When you order merchandise from our website, we need to know your name, mailing address, credit card information, and e-mail address. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
Except as provided for above, any personal information collected will not be disclosed to any third party, except in the case of cooperating with law enforcement agencies.
We will send, from time to time, via e-mail, information about our products and services. If you do not wish to receive this information you may unsubscribe at any time.
Security
When you order from us, we offer a secure server. The secure service software encrypts all the information you input before it is sent to us. All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
Some of our web pages may contain links to other sites. Please review their privacy policy. Classic Motor Works is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of websites to which it may provide links or the websites of its advertisers. When visiting these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. A link to a third-party site does not imply that Classic Motor Works endorses the site or the products or services described on such sites.

This website is governed by and subject to the laws of local State and U.S. federal law.
Ordering & Shipping Information
Payment
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, certified checks, money order or personal checks (which may be held until cleared) are accepted as methods of payment. Minimum order is $15.00. If paying by charge card we will require charge card number, expiration date, complete billing address and the CVV2 code on the back of the card.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Classic Motor Works reserves the right to correct any typographical errors.
Billing
All merchandise, unless otherwise specified, is to be paid in advance by the above listed methods prior to shipment.
Shipping
Domestic orders received Monday through Friday by 3:00 p.m. local time are normally shipped the same day. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
We will ship by ground unless Air Delivery is specified.
State Sales Tax: Orders shipped to Virginia will be charged state sales tax.
Each shipment will reflect the appropriate shipping, handling and insurance charges, dependent on the parts value in each shipment.
Oversize Shipments: Shipments under $1,000 and over 130” length plus girth will be charged actual freight.
Items that are too heavy or large for our parcel services will be shipped truck freight collect. Truck freight orders must be paid in advance by credit card or certified check. Freight charges must be paid to the carrier at time of delivery. A single truck freight item on a multiple item order will result in the entire order being shipped via truck.
Foreign Orders (Includes Canada)
- Shipping costs for foreign orders are based on the actual cost to ship the package.
- Shipping quotes can be provided upon request.
- All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Foreign orders must be paid with a credit card or cashier’s check in U.S. funds.
When Your Order Arrives: Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, you should immediately inform Classic Motor Works at (540) 400-8310. You must make claims for damage during shipping to Classic Motor Works within 5 days. Keep the original box and packing material. If your order was shipped truck freight, note any damage on the bill of lading when signing the delivery receipt. If there is any other question about your order, contact Classic Motor Works within 10 days of receipt.
Returns/Refunds: You may return new and uninstalled products in resalable condition for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges for up to 6 months from date of invoice. Returns over 6 months, but less than 12 months, will be charged a 10% restocking fee to cover our processing costs, in-house credit will be given on account usable on future orders. We reserve the right to charge up to 20% when no invoice is supplied and/or there is substantial work involved to process your return back to stock. Items over 12 months old are not returnable. Please remember to always inspect the parts upon receipt of your order to avoid any difficulties later on. Make sure to package the products carefully to avoid damage during return and include all original packaging and a copy of the invoice. Refunds will not be issued for installed, damaged, incomplete, “Custom” or “Special Order” items. If a return is due to our error, we will reimburse reasonable freight charges. We will not reimburse additional charges for shipping/packaging services. Electrical items that have been installed are not returnable.
Backorders: Items that are backordered will be shipped and invoiced when available. Backorders are shipped free, but carry a handling charge of $1 per $50 of value. You may request “No Backorders” or cancel backorders at any time prior to shipping. Canadian backorders will be charged based on actual freight. Canada is the only foreign country we backorder to.
